Taste of the Vine

The William Sansum Diabetes Center was pleased to host its popular fundraiser, the Annual Taste of the Vine & Auction, on Saturday, August 23, 2014, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Event proceeds support our efforts to provide research, education and care for those affected by diabetes.

Year after year, Taste Of The Vine & Auction continues to be one of Santa Barbara's premiere fundraising events.  All proceeds benefit programs to prevent, treat and cure diabetes in our community and around the world.

The event featured a spectacular view, music by Society Jazz, and live and silent auctions. Attendees will be able to enjoy delectable food, fine wines and hand-crafted beer from a variety of the Central Coast’s best purveyors.   This year a special VIP reception was available to VIP ticket holders and top level sponsors. This reception offered first choice of the wines, beer and gourmet food in addition to a sneak preview of the auction items prior to general admission opening.
